Trophy of the Districts in Livigno
The Livigno resort stages its annual Trophy of the Districts (Trofeo delle Contrade). The night-time cross-country skiing race winds its way through the streets of the village, which are covered with artificial snow specially for the event.
The Trophy of the Districts features participants from eight districts dressed in traditional costumes.
